I chose Rob Waterson as my agent for the recent sale of my house because of 2 reasons. Firstly I had bought the house I'm now living in 6 years ago from him and was impressed with his totally professional and friendly manner and he went out of his way to find this house which wasn't his own Co. listing. Secondly, this time I invited several other Co. agents to view the current house I had to sell as well as Rob, for their opinions and again I felt very comfortable and "in tune" with his way of thinking and handling the sale. Robert was amazing handle so much in such little time and put up with how annoying myself and my family were,he worked hard and overtime took the liberty to answer questions that we had even on his day off. Could not have sold out property fast enough if it wasn't for the help he did.
