Highly recommend David for buying/selling, in fact all Real Estate requirements

I am writing this review to relate how delighted our family was with David Truswell and his amazing work in so quickly selling a three bedroom townhouse in Labrador, Queensland. Although our family lives in Melbourne David’s excellent communication skills and superb professionalism insured our property (in need of much updating) was sold incredibly quickly and for a price that we were extremely happy with. Also, extremely impressive was David’s invaluable assistance between the signing of contracts and the recently held Settlement. His local knowledge of the Labrador Real Estate market insured his valuation was totally and quickly achievable. Further, his profound knowledge of government /legal requirements/regulations regarding selling property in Queensland was again invaluable!!!
