We loved Stephanies honesty first and foremost she never once told us anything far fetched which you usually associate with estate agents. Stephanie was never too busy to answer or return calls, she was professional at all times, was not pushy in us taking a sale we did not agree with and is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is usually seen (by us mere mortals-the public) as one of greed and lies if more real estate agents could have half of Stephanies values and open honest personality than the industry would be a better place for it. I believe managers should also take a step back and remember to be human and that they are dealing with real people at a stressful time in their lives this could be learnt from Stephanie. 11 out of 10 from us
