Client focused, great communicator

John is a very matter of fact agent who listened and responded to our queries and goals. We found the structure of fees and, the fact that there were no add-ons for advertising etc, to our liking. The whole process was very straight forward. The property price suggested for marketing was accurate and demonstrated John's understanding of the market. During the sale process, John kept in contact on a regular basis, usually, within a few hours of any relevant particular activity. We were never left wondering the state of the sale process. At negotiation, John listened to our preferences and delivered on these. We recommend John to anybody who has a property yo sell.

A most affable, knowledgeable and determined Real Estate Agent we've had the pleasure of knowing!
