My fiance and I had been searching for a property in Helensvale for approx 6 months, we inquired with Stephanie about a property that had unfortunately just been put under contract. Stephanie then informed us that she had a new listing this week, of which we were to be the first viewers. This was exciting for my fiance and I, as no other real estate we had dealt with was as helpful and willing to assist as Stephanie, and no one else had the common courtesy to let us know of upcoming viewings, we had to track them all down via the web like everyone else, which usually meant we were late to the party. We performed the viewing with Stephanie and made an offer that night, Stephanie was very knowledgeable, credible, patient, and assisted us through the process of purchasing our first home. We couldn't recommend Stephanie high enough, of all the real estate agents we communicated with she is head and shoulders above them all, I have recommended Stephanie to family and friends and will be using her in the future once we move on to our next home.
