Had to sell for my elderly parents. Liz organised tradespeople and met them to renovate the townhouse. Came whenever we asked and sold the place in four days. Really, what more can you ask ? She found us reliable quick tradesmen who did it all quickly and at very reasonable prices. Most agents would tell you to do it yourself and ring when it’s done. Nothing was ever a problem for her.
