Amazing result, Liz contacted me when she had sold a neighbouring property to my mothers. It was good timing as we were intending to sell. We had a couple of appraisals prepared and Liz was confident we would achieve a stronger result than what other agents had told us. Not only did she deliver on achieving a deal at asking price, but it was only 7 days after we listed the property for sale that we were signing an unconditional contract.
