I have recently purchased a property, sold by Liz. She was extremely professional in my dealings with her...always very prompt in returning calls and emails, meeting for viewings of the property and communicating in a pleasant and articulate manner. I believe she represented the seller and the property in a very positive way. I think the advertising of the property was exaggerated, but I'm unaware of who would have written that text. My overall impression of Liz is of a reliable, pleasant and positive agent

As per the previous. This was the 2nd unit Liz marketed for us which from the previous sale Liz sold to a buyer who was interested and also wanted a unit in the same complex. Liz kept this buyer informed as we had told her we were interested in selling another property. She then sold it with the property being on the market only 3 days. The property was not sold at a lower than market price in fact it was sold at a record for the complex. We were elated. We wish her all the best in her chosen career.

My wife and I chose Liz Andrews as her reputation in our area is well known as a lady who puts in the effort and presentation in marketing of our property. Liz leaves no stone unturned. If there is a buyer in the market place Liz will find them, in fact Liz found not 1 buyer but 2. Our unit in this sale was sold to an investor interstate who I gather is happy with his purchase as Queensland is a growing market. My reason for selling was simply due to my age. I don't need anymore real estate.Her sale process was most ethical in every way. Most pain free. Would I use Liz again? Most definitely. Would I recommend Liz to my unit friends? Most definitely.
