As per the previous. This was the 2nd unit Liz marketed for us which from the previous sale Liz sold to a buyer who was interested and also wanted a unit in the same complex. Liz kept this buyer informed as we had told her we were interested in selling another property. She then sold it with the property being on the market only 3 days. The property was not sold at a lower than market price in fact it was sold at a record for the complex. We were elated. We wish her all the best in her chosen career.
