Principal business licensee Mrs Stokes has been working in property management, holiday let, commercial and property sales since she moved to the stunning sea-side community in 2013, quickly establishing herself as one of the leading and most respected real-estate agents in regional North Queensland. The trusted, hard-working and ambitious agent purchased Hinchinbrook Real Estate in 2022 and rapidly expanded business operations, including hiring an additional staff member to help consolidate the growth of the company. Mrs Stokes is a certified agent of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), the peak body representing real estate professionals across Queensland.

Hinchinbrook Real Estate has been the industry leader in the lower Cassowary Coast region for more than 30 years, specialising in residential and commercial property management, sales, storage and holiday leasing. Established and based in Cardwell by Lindsay and Jennifer Hallam in 1992, the business has grown to become the most trusted and professional boutique real estate agency in the North Queensland region. With an eye to seamless succession on behalf of its expansive client base, Lindsay and Jennifer employed Tamara Stokes more than 10 years ago. Amazing Service and Communication
