We meet with Hercules and his team after another Real Estate said our tenants were to hard to deal with when selling our property, and cancelled our contract with them. Hercules went out to the property and meet with them and from then everything went smoothly, the communication was great at every step of the way, we were given plenty of notice when prospective buyers were coming to view the property even though we gave him keys and free rein to come and go as he pleased. The photos and video done of the property were so much better then what we had envisioned, and made us want to keep the property they were that good.
