It was wonderful to buy our new house in the village we love with Vicki. Her friendly, approachable and easy going attitude made the purchase an enjoyable experience. We were guided warmly one step at a time and at no moment was Vicki pushy, as some agents have been. Thank you for all your time and effort!

Vicki went above and beyond to make our selling experience as smooth and stress free as possible. From the first inspection to exchange we were kept fully informed, we achieved an amazing price and it was refreshing to deal with someone who knew the local market and is a pleasure to deal with.

Vicki has excellent local market knowledge and is wonderful to work with. She is straight talking, professional and reliable in her approach. I have known Vicki for many years and would absolutely recommend her as an agent for selling in the highlands.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property being sold by Vicki. It was hands down the best experience that we have had with a real estate agent in the Southern Highlands, to date. Vicki was super kind, accomodating, professional and responsive in every single communication we had and patiently answered all of our questions regarding the property. She was across all of the details of the property and the transaction and happily worked with us and the vendors, to ensure contracts could be exchanged ASAP. We would highly recommend Vicki - she was an absolute delight to work with.

Purchased my property in Bundanoon with 5 star smiles and service from Vicki and her assistant Elaine. The transaction was super efficient and straightforward. Will definitely buy and sell though Vicky again.

Vicki has sold 2 properties for us in the last 6 months. Vicki has always been enthusiastic, honest and attentive. She has excellent people skills and follows up regardless of day or time. Vicki is also supported by and excellent Real Estate team in both Bundanoon and Moss Vale agencies. We thoroughly recommend Vicki, Georgia Soster and Hindmarsh and Walsh

When we purchased our home eighteen years ago Vicki was the seller's agent. At that time we found her to be pleasant and efficient and very easy to deal with. When it came time to sell the same house we first thought of her because of our previous dealings. She had not changed except for becoming more experienced and was able to get things organised quickly and efficiently. She organised a number of viewings and found a buyer that was genuinely interested in the property with this buyer quickly making an acceptable offer. The sale was then concluded in a very short time.

Vicki demonstrated great market insights and a flexible approach from the beginning. Her support and understanding throughout the purchase was exactly what I would wish for in an agent. She was professional, kept in close contact without being pushy and facilitated a smooth process. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I found Vicki to be very responsive to communications around arranging inspections out of hours and liasing with dates / times. I felt comfortable during the house inspection, with Vicky always available to answerr questions but also not following you around while you needed time to do your own assessment. (not always the case with some other agents) This is a local agent who grew up in the area so Vicki has a deep understanding of the market and the properties in the area. When it came down to making an offer and keeping us informed of the negotiation, again Vicki was providing a good balance between serving our needs as well as looking after the Vendor and their needs. I would have no hesitation recommending Vicki for future property listings

Vicki was respectful and attentive, great communication skills and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to sell.
