I bought my house through Greg and was happy with the respect he showed me so felt a bit of loyalty. I decided to sell my home,in hindsight I should have put it on the market sooner, however Greg did a marvelous job during a down turn in the market, I was feeling frustrated due to the fact it was taking longer than I thought it would, Greg reassured me to hang in there and it sold. I have known Greg professionally for about 12 years and have both bought and sold through the Hinterland Real Estate Agency as well as using them as property managers. Their service in all regards is first class. Greg's personal service is outstanding. I have just recently reached exchanged contracts on the sale of a property in the Kariong area. At the beginning of the process, the market was in slightly unknown territory, with recent changes to banking loan approvals having particular impact on the lower end entry level. Greg worked very hard to ensure that my property was correctly positioned to sell at the earliest possibility whilst maintaining the highest possible price outcome.
