Best entry condition report I’ve seen in 35 years of renting. They didn’t miss a thing!! The few small things that needed repair were sorted within a week. These guys are friendly fast and fair. I hope to stay here for a long time.

We were referred to Wythes by one of our friends who said they were fast and simple to deal with. That's exactly what we got! Over the years we had tried other local agencies that just missed the mark with managing our properties, we even tried our hand at managing the properties privately ourselves which didn't end so well either. After taking back the private rentals we again went to a local agent that was taking months to get our properties listed, we were flat out getting email responses. So we thought let's give Wythes a go. Within two weeks we had signed tenancy agreements. The service from the get go was electric. It was nothing less then fast and simple. After the entry condition reports were complete by the new tenants, a few minor issues were identied, the property manager quickly responded and organised trades to get the new tenants comfortable. With no hassle! The only mistake I made was not taking my friends advice sooner and starting with Wythes.
