Could not find a better Real Estate agent to sell your home.
Warren is well known in our area. He is an extremely helpful Agent with excellent knowledge of Cooroy, Black Mountain and surrounding suburbs. He came recommended by friends who sold properties before we even decided to market our home. He knew the best way to market our property and has sold it now. Very happy sellers
I have no hesitation in recommending Kess. Through the whole process her knowledge of the market and how to position the property all paid off. Within 48 hours of listing two offers were on the table and a queue to view the property at the one open for inspection we had the next day seeing further offers come through. We got a great outcome and a lot of it is to do with the advice we got from Kess
