I first met Warren when I purchased our home 22yrs ago! Since then I've used his services on multiple occasions (from renting to buying & selling). Most recently, Warren sold my investment property that I bought 11yrs ago - He was the one who found it, recommended it, guided me through the process & then helped me rent it (same tenants for 11yrs!). Sadly, for financial reasons I've had to sell, but Warren secured a contract for me within 2 weeks (made 130% profit - totally amazing!). A fantastic result and just what I needed.
