It was a difficult time in the Canberra market in the April to May period - the election, school holidays/Easter and uncertainty with interest rates. We had good exposure for our home however, through off-market interest, open homes and other Hive marketing Eva organised. Eva was also able to quickly draw on her network of contacts to help with presentation of our home for market. We also highly recommend Jason the Hive auctioneer who worked well teamed with Eva.
