As a first buyer, I really loved her clear and straightforward communication.

Her team showed me what happens next, it helped me a lot as I was a first buyer and Steph assisted me very well with great care and understand my needs. Especially, I loved her positive vibes. She tried to help me with all the necessary steps that was required for replacement of carpet as much as she could, so It could be done in time before I moved in.
