Very professional and comprehensive agent.

Bree did excellent work organising to sell my property. Contact with her was easy and she presented a range of different options to me to sell my property as well as the plan to market it. Bree and her team at Hive worked quickly and efficiently to provide me with a full report and options to begin a campaign. Once begun she provided quick feedback on any potential buyers and worked hard to present the property in it's best light. She worked extremely well with her team to negotiate a settlement price on the property within the time period we had allocated to be most effective to market the property. I would highly recommend Bree and her team to any people looking to sell their properties or looking to buy as well.

Fantastic experience selling my home

One of a kind agent

Hannah is truly a one of a kind agent who cares about all parties involved in the purchase and selling of a property. Her communication is impeccable and honest feedback is refreshing. I first spoke to Hannah while I was in the process of putting my property up for sale and she had no hesitation in supporting and guided me through each step of the process, especially considering I hadn’t done it before. Also, I really appreciate the time Hannah took to get to know me and understand why I was selling. Additionally the time and effort Hannah put in, along with her expertise in understanding the market, meant that the property sold incredibly quickly. I would have absolutely no hesitation asking Hannah to represent another property in the future and will be recommending her to others looking to sell.
