I'm recommending her to everyone...

Steph has all the bases covered: hardworking, organised, takes the initiative, has done her homework - but somehow combines that with a truly exceptional ability to build rapport with people. She is a genuinely friendly person who is interested in potential buyers as human beings and not just to make a sale. It is that quality that made us feel like we were in safe hands and really carried the day for us in the end. I'd also add that she is a very confident communicator and what I would call a 'straight shooter'. She never softened or minimised difficulties or stepped in to try and take ownership of decisions that were ultimately ours to make as sellers. That approach built real trust and confidence throughout the process. I seriously cannot recommend her highly enough.

A dream to work with

Steph was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property. She achieved an fantastic result for us, she ran a seamless process, and we felt really supported throughout. She was really knowledgeable and had really done her research so we were able to make decisions based on the best information available. She also was really upfront with us so we felt really well informed about all the risks, and the situation in the market. She is professional, a clear communicator and is great with people.
