Professional all the way.

The entire process dealing with Samantha and Isabella was effortless. They work tightly as a team and embrace the owner/s as part of the entire process. Their communication skills and tools are extremely effective and efficient. They help coordinate trades, cleaning, gardening, styling.....you name it and Samantha or Isabella have it ready for you. Right down to giving us names of Lawyers and Building Inspectors to contact (we do not live o the ACT so this was invaluable). Samantha is so down to earth and so easy to speak with she just makes the entire process effortless. It can be an emotional ride but with a strong but caring and friendly approach that Sam shares it takes the stress levels down. Sam kept everything on track, monitored when things had to be done and pulled it all together. The marketing was superb. The photos the video all fantastic. So happy with how it came together. Again we were not in ACT and Sam and her team handled it all. We wish to thank Sam and Isabella and their team for all their efforts. We sincerely appreciate it.
