Excellent market knowledge and communication

We did not select Hive at random to sell our apartment, but instead conducted a thorough shortlisting based on recent performance, presentation and reviews. The competition was impressive but Samantha demonstrated superior current and factual knowledge of our specific market, and her strategy was sound. Initial drafts of the listing proposal lacked attention to detail but the final draft was good. Samantha and her team maintained excellent communication with us at all times and we were always well informed of the progress and consulted on all decisions. Overall, while the sale price was less than we anticipated it was a fair result in a difficult market. The relatively quick closure was thanks to Samantha’s professional negotiation with all parties.
