Ultimately, we had 48 hours to achieve the sale of our existing property or risk losing the offer we had made on our new house. Zarina pushed through and found a buyer right on time :-) We have settled in nicely to our new house and in all honesty this was only possible because of the drive and determination shown by Zarina especially in the last 48 hours. My wife and I met Marcus and was struck with his willingness to help and professionalism. Though there was complications with the vendor's bank Marcus was always forthcoming with information, told us what to expect, including likely delays and he was 100% correct.
