From the get go, Elizabeth was super helpful and supportive. My property had been tenanted for a few years and left in a bit of a state. Elizabeth was able to recommend excellent tradespeople to enable me to get the property ready for sale. She was always available to offer useful and honest advice regarding the best way to present the home, including the idea of virtual staging which was a winner!
