All in all a great experience with HKY Team Penny - they come highly recommended!

Team Penny, Well they were just awesome! We met Shane at a property we fell in love with but was out of our price range, the usual drill. We started chatting to Shane and loved his down to earth non pushy manner and seeked his advise on this house buying business. We met up a few more times along our early journey in looking for our new home. He asked us what our plans were for selling our house and at that time we wanted to wait until we found something before putting ours on the market. We soon realized in this current Market we had to have ours on the market to even get a look in on offers on other houses. So Shane and Mike popped over for a chat one evening and gave us some sound advice to make the decision to put ours on the Market and told us they would be with us every step of the way! Well our house didn’t even get to Market! Shane had a family lined up that was interested in a looksy. So we say sure come on through. They fell in love with it and put an offer in that evening! Meanwhile the offer we had put on our new house also had been accepted all on the one day! Shane also gave us a gentle push to give us the confidence to put an offer in on the house we wanted. We wanted it to tick “All” the boxes and this one just missed a couple of them and Shane said you guys have been looking for a while now if this house has 80% of what you are after then go for it! Mike helped us through the contract side of things thereafter and was happy to answer all of our questions big or small. David came through to do our final inspection, which all went well and got to meet the lovely people buying our house.
