I viewed the property and Mike gave me a good insight on the property’s the features and most importantly gave us the space while we were viewing the space. He was also very helpful after we expressed our interest in the property. Absolutely fabulous. Team Penny (Shane and Mike) were wonderful. They really seem to work as a team when discussing strategy with us and executing the preparation (painting/staging), negotiation and sale of our home. We really valued their expertise, and knowledge of the area. Mike was able to negotiate a competitive sale above asking just 2 days after the first open house. I'm certain their advice on prep, knowledge of the area and negotiating expertise was what secured that price.
