Karl Hockey epitomises integrity, energy and loyalty. With a key focus on customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills, Karl has a keen passion for problem solving. As a 3rd generation real estate agent Karl has been exposed to real estate for as long as he can remember, growing up in the family real estate office with his grandfather, father and uncle. Mitchell and Kristiane

Mitchell and Kristiane have been incredible with their ongoing communication, fast responses and professionalism while my partner and I applied for and moved into a rental apartment advertised by hockeys. Excellent advice and co-ordination for renovation of my tenanted apartment

I recently needed to do a series of minor renovations to my apartment which had been tenanted for several years. The team at Hockeys provided invaluable help in providing advice about the priorities for the renovation in the most cost-effective way, getting the necessary approvals from Strata, contacting reliable trades people, and co-ordinating the work schedule in a timely way. When the renovation was completed, a new tenant was found very quickly, minimising the time the apartment was empty. I was extremely happy with the advice and assistance I received from Hockeys, and would have no hesitation in recommending them as Property Managers.

Outstanding service & results
