I recently needed to do a series of minor renovations to my apartment which had been tenanted for several years. The team at Hockeys provided invaluable help in providing advice about the priorities for the renovation in the most cost-effective way, getting the necessary approvals from Strata, contacting reliable trades people, and co-ordinating the work schedule in a timely way. When the renovation was completed, a new tenant was found very quickly, minimising the time the apartment was empty.
