I have been using the services of Hockeys for approximately 10 years as our letting agent for a St Leonards unit - I am a solicitor who deals with agent son a great number of occasions and I have found in all my dealings with Hockeys that they provide a level of service, communication and support well above the normal levels I have encountered in client matters. They always provide notices relating to the unit promptly and all accounting is finalised instantly at the end of the month. On the two occasions that the unit has been vacated by tenants they have located new tenants almost instantly. they carry out rigorous property inspections regularly. I have no hesitation in recommending their services in this regard.
