What went well? Regulatory Compliance: The team of agency comply with all rental regulations exceptionally well, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the leasing process. Service Quality: The team provided information, paired with a professional, helpful, and friendly approach. Areas for improvement Condition Report Timeline: The timeframe allowed to return the condition report was too short. The Reason: A thorough report requires actually living in the property for a short period to test all facilities and identify hidden issues. Furthermore, the transition period is an incredibly busy time. We were balancing moving out of and finalising our previous home, leaving very little time to complete such a detailed inspection within the restrictive deadline. Suggestion: We highly recommend extending this deadline to allow tenants a fairer opportunity to settle in and accurately assess the property.
