We found Walter through various strong recommendations as the best agent for Windsor. We found this reputation was well-deserved. Walter engaged us with personal empathy, and with a professional eye. He organised all the complex tasks involved in preparing our property for sale (it looked amazing), and he and his colleagues had a ready database of known interested buyers. Our property had a few complexities, which Walter was both upfront with when talking to potential buyers, and also very skilled at navigating through this to get us a great outcome. Walter achieved the upper end of our sales expectations, skilfully handling the careful negotiations with multiple buyers and ensuring that all parties got the right outcome. His experience really came into play during those last 3-4 days of the sales process, where we saw him very quickly manage the rapid conversations as it came to pinch time. And not only Walter - the whole office of Belle Property was at play, coordinating alongside him for different parts. I wouldn't hesitate to use Walter again, if only I had more properties for him!!
