We listed our unit for sale not knowing how much we will get for it. George gave us a price guidance; however, we thought he just wanted us to trust him and believe he could sell it for a reasonable price. After first inspection I received a phone call from George advising of an unbelievable offer. I asked him, is this for real or a joke. He confirmed the offer is on the table and ready to be accepted. I truly believe he did his magic to sell the property after first inspection, yet for a price well beyond our expectations by far. This worked perfectly for us as the settlement on this property happed to match the settlement on the property we bought. I would definitely go to him and recommend him for anyone who wants to sell and buy new property. He is professional and honest and delivers what he promises. Thanks for your hard work George.

Tiana is a very impressive young lady, her presentation is immaculate and very knowledgeable with anything we asked her. Tiana goes above and beyond with lots of regular communication keeping you up to date on her every move. Emails, phone calls and even a personal visit to the seller in his nursing home. Tiana instills confidence and shows concern for every family member. Even after the sale Tiana still keeps in touch and rang to see how we were all feeling. Selling your family home after 60yrs isn't easy, but Tiana eased our concerns and was very empathetic with how we were feeling. Wonderful, wonderful service and care from a very beautiful young lady.
