Our property was in pretty rough shape prior to letting and the agent was excellent in referring reliable trades people to help get the place back up to standard and providing advice on what changes should be made for the property to be an attractive rental. After the work had been done, the letting agent inspected the property and seeing the presentation, they advertised the property at a slightly higher rate than expected. Following a very short advertising campaign, the first open for inspection resulted in seven written applications. The agent was then very thorough in vetting the applicants and had good recommendations on why one applicant would be better than others. The property is now let to a young lady and couldn't be happier with the result.
