Fantastic communication and service

Bec and Jamie are outstanding at managing our property and communications with us about our property

Bec and Jamie are fantastic managers of our property. They convey issues to us in a timely manner so that our tenants feel comfortable in the rental property and our family feel they are managing and protecting our property at all times. Their knowledge of rental legislation is second to none and are great at communicating to tenants, and us, what is the current requirement under NSW State Law. This sound knowledge base provides all parties with comfort and knowledge that they have their rights and property protected. On top of that, because they are easy to communicate and deal with, as a landlord, we feel that they manage and look after our property like it is one of their own.

High level of customer service - on the ball with knowledge & providing information
