Overview of Nowra, NSW, 2541

Lilly was our agent for a home we purchased, although only a rental she followed up on all requests from both the tenant and owner, and delivered on everything. This is a rising star in the real estate world

Hailey and the team recommended a yard tidy up before listing this investment property for rent. The fair market rent along with the maintenance and tidy up meant the team had some great applications after one open for inspection. Happy tenant moved in today.

James was brilliant in handling the sale of the property which led to our serious consideration (and subsequent easy decision) of his offer of Hockingstuart managing the lease side of things when renovations were complete (13 months later). Bec is also fantastic with excellent communication.

Rebecca and Jamie's professional and friendly approach made the whole process of renting with Hockingstuart easy as stress free from beginning to picking up the keys. I am looking forward to dealing with them throughout my tenancy.

Zoe the property manager has been an absolute delight to deal with . She is professional , knowledgeable and very prompt with communication

I had recently purchased a property and during the settlement period had it marketed for lease through another real estate. The property had been on the market for a few weeks without any good leads. I contacted Zoe post settlement to discuss leasing. Zoe was incredibly efficent and was able to secure a tenant for my property within a few days. The team are proactive and communicate well. Highly recommended.

Zoe has been my property manager for just on 12 months and has shown professional in all our dealings any questions are answered within 24 hours or less

I am a new client. I have found Bec at Hockingstuart to be really great. She has been super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I like her no nonsense attitude and ability to get things done. I feel like my property is in safe hands.

Settling into a new home has been super easy and smooth with the Bec, great communication!

Our move to the South Coast was made so much more easier with the exceptional assistance provided by Bec & Jamie from Hockingstuart Realestate. Their professionalism extending after we moved in, with nothing too difficult.
