We needed a new home because our residence where we were staying increased the rent so high it was impossible to pay. As my husband is a Sole Trader we have found in the past Real Estates Agents don't give you a fair go if you work for yourself . This was not the case at Hockingstuart Nowra. They welcomed us and looked at our past rentals which had never been missed, and contacted us along the way to tell us what was happening with our application. We were settled in our new home before we knew it. I would highly recommend Hockingstuart Nowra to any future renters or buyers.

I had my house rented through a different agency and communication was virtually no existant, repairs took for ever. Since changing to Bec and Jaime communication has been excellent, they secured me good tenants and worked through Christmas to do it. Highly recommend great people to deal with

Bec and Jamie at Hocking Stuart Nowra have been absolutely amazing with helping to rent out our newly built property. They both went above and beyond to assist with home completion and installation of air conditioners and ensuring the property was in perfect order when the new tenants moved in. They negotiated an amazing rental income for the property and they have done everything they said they would and more. I would recommend HS Nowra 100% of the time if you’re looking for a great agent.
