While he had a neat little property to sell, it was very clear that his local knowledge and experience in the area resulted in a great sales result in only 9 days on the market. Rebecca was terrific as well and kept us up to date about what was happening. It’s not every day that you sell a property and Bec and Jamie made the whole process stress free. Jamie and Bec at all times operated professionally in what was a very difficult process brought about by difficult buyers and their solicitor. Inspite of Jamie and Bec best efforts communication with the buyers and their solicitor was non existent.
