Because of my situation and health, I decided to leave Australia to be with my sister in NZ. I asked Jamie if he would be my Agent to sell my house to which he was very happy to do for me,considering that I wasn't going to be around. Jamie sorted someone to clear up the garden,which was a mess, and to regularly mow the lawns. Every week he kept me up to date with the 'Open Homes' and gave feed back on peoples thoughts. I can honestly say that he went over the top for me, and I recommend Jamie as a top guy and Land Agent.

Jamie provided friendly and professional service from the first moment of meeting him at the open house. No question was too hard for him to get the answer to, and his prompt attention to our enquiries was really welcome. He also gave great customer service after the sale in closing out some minor details with the previous owner. I'll happily talk to him if/when I need to buy or sell again.

When you have a limited knowledge of the market, all you can do is hope that your agent is trustworthy, experenced and knows exactly what the market is doing. Jamie surpasses all of these and more. He advised me of every little thing that the buyers were doing, little things I could do to present my house. Advised on, where to, and not to, spend on renovations. He helped with the difficult stage on when offers start coming. This is where his experence was so appreciated. Couldn't possibly recomend Jamie, higher.
