I can't recommend Linda and her team more strongly. Linda is friendly, down to earth and inclusive, but brings more than a touch of elegance and class to all she does. She genuinely seems to enjoy her work, taking the time to get to know me as a person, and to understand my needs, both practical and personal, during my sale campaign. She takes a very holistic approach, where I felt informed, cared for and appreciated as a person. In addition, Linda takes time to look after the buyers just as much as the vendor, providing a service that is thorough, organised, thoughtful and informed, in all respects. Linda clearly has a detailed understanding of the local area/market and understands strategy in her work, whilst still being warm and genuine. She always maintained a perfect level of communication, without overwhelming me- I found the whole process to be seamless and actually enjoyable! In my experience, the wider team at Hocking Stuart works cohesively and respectfully, with a focus on quality products and advice, and gracious, punctual service, where everything was done without me having to ask. In addition, I was surprised at how reasonable the pricings were for everything involved in the sale. Linda was honest and trustworthy at every point, and worked very hard to achieve a fantastic result. My home sold within the first week, for a much higher price than I could have hoped for.
