He was available to help and advise whenever we had questions, he communicated with us throughout the campaign so we always knew what was going on, and I believe through advertising and on auction day everything possible was done to attract buyers and secure the best outcome.

If you want the best, you go to Hocking Stuart and ask for Gav. After several bad experiences with others in area, this new agent has out shown the others that have been in the area for ages! Would reuse again without thinking!

We originally purchased our first property off Gav, first impressions for a real-estate agent, he was honest, helpful and very easy to deal with. When we decided to sell our home we called Gav and he remembered us as if it was yesterday. From Start to Sold, he was always honest, straight forward, and never pressured us with anything relating to the sale. We could always call for any question, and we never felt stupid for asking. Comments from my wife, one of the first things she said was she was comfortable with having Gav pop in during the day to help get ready for inspections between kinder runs and work. Over all, I cant stress enough on how much Gav & Hocking Stuart went above and beyond to not only sell our property, but secure an awesome result at auction. Very good agent allround
