I have been associated with Hockingstuart Melton for multiple multiple transactions. Twice I bought a property using them and the experience was great. Very timely and prompt follow ups however this time I had engaged with the Hockingtuart Melton's Rental / Property Management team and unfortunately the experience has not been at par with my earlier experience. The very first thing is the Response times - 8 out of 10 times of my phone calls, I am not able to talk to the assigned property manager and very delayed email responses. I even expressed my concerns earlier and requested for a change of property manager in case the assigned property manager was over loaded with work but nothing done.

Called up a few agencies around Melton which didn't end up calling me back however when I called Hockingstuart I was called back within a few hours. The whole process from start to finish has been great. Martin and Hope were both really responsive and transparent throughout the process. Definitely recommend them and couldn't fault the team st Hockingstuart. Will do business again with them.
