My siblings and I have never sold a property before and have never being through this process, so we didn’t know what to expect. Upon my first meeting with him, I took him through our family home of 34 years we unfortunately had to sell. This was our childhood home, so as you can imagine there was an immense amount of emotional attachment and was hard for us to do but Damien was empathetic and embraced our feelings and didn’t discard them for the sake of “the sale” like I feel most would. The house had flaws, being half renovated at the time we thought we had a lot of work cut out for us to complete it, but this wasn’t the case at all. How many people do you know jump on a concrete slab floor during inspection and get excited that the house is on a slab and half renovated? I know of 1 and that’s Damien. He saw past the flaws and saw the opportunities and possibilities that this house could hold and by the end of that first meeting we knew this was the guy that we needed to sell our house. Damien provided nothing but assistance and guidance during the process of getting the property ready for market. Unfortunately the corona virus epidemic began and changed the whole game plan of the campaign but as much as we were worried and stressed that this was going to affect us and the sale of the house, Damien reassured us he had it all under control and he did! We had offers flying in from everywhere and by the end of it all he managed to get us the best price that he could and one that we were happy with. Damien was available for us anytime of the day and it didn’t matter what objection or silly question we threw at him, he had a resolution for it. The amount of work and effort he puts into making sure that sale goes through is unbelievable and should not go unnoticed. It’s not only his experience and dedication to the job that makes it work, it’s his infectious personality and ability to relate to you on a personal level. You become family! Thanks you for everything!
