Damien and his team are a well working machine. We found the house of our dreams 10am Saturday morning by 8pm that same day Damien and a member of his team were at our place helping us sign contracts. I had done a lot of research on the house sales in the area and Damien knew every property I spoke of and sold most of them. After hearing the big speil from Damien about how good he was (the first conversation started with "you've probably heard of me"), how he had 'the market share' in our area and how confident he was in his abilities it was an extremely disappointing experience. After signing with Damien we barley heard from him, which was frustrating as it was Damien who we signed with to sell the house and not the other agent that appeared to be doing all the work. The excuses first up when a buyer came in lower then what we wanted didn't fill us with a great deal of confidence that Damien was working real hard to get us the price we wanted. It felt to us that he was just trying to move on as soon as possible. I think Damien should find himself extremely lucky to receive the commission he did. I would like to add however that Christian, the other agent, who appeared to be doing all the work was good to deal with and communicated well. Unfortunately Damien's communication skills are lacking somewhat.
