Damien was fantastic and inspite of bit of slight non responsiveness to calls ,we love dealing with Damien as he is lovely person and very approachable and does not treat sale of property that would earn him, commission -he really personalises with his amazing personality. The only feedback i have is because the company makes so much of $$$ out of sale of property ,they should incorporate what a few good agents do. On sale of property clients get sent either congratulations Gift voucher or Big box of goodies congratulating client that contains fancy nibbles etc etc. It should be personalised to customer . I would give Damien 9.5 out of 10 and Belle property 5.

Very friendly, professional and approachable. The agents were easy to deal with and supportive with assisting us with our rental property. Communication was of a high and timely standard. The agents were always available to answer queries and questions. During inspections they were very respectful of our home. We felt that the Hocking Stuart agents weren't pushy with us. We have experienced this prior with other estate agents.

Damien and Sarai are nothing short of AMAZING! They have been so supportive and have so much knowledge of the buying and selling process. Without them I would have been lost. I would never consider working with any other agent. Would give 100 starts if it was an option!

To say that our entire selling process was taxing was an understatement, but as soon as we met Damien we knew that he was our man. He guided me and my partner through a tough selling period, with lockdowns and restricted open for inspections. Always professional and told it like it is, which is a trait I admire in anyone, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damien and of the Hocking Stuart team to any of m friends or family. No matter where they live. His partner Sarai, was such a wonderful asset to his team.
