Travis provided an outstanding service in selling my property in Croydon North. Prior to listing, Travis clearly outlined the sale process, fee arrangements and pricing strategy and was patient in answering all of my related questions. When an issue arose with my neighbours about the placement of the 'for sale' sign, Travis was quick to respond and have it rectified. Travis called me immediately after each open with a summary of who came through and whether they were a likely offeror. Once the offers came through, again Travis kept me in the loop and sought my confirmation of his next moves. The outcome was a sale at a price that I was very pleased with against a backdrop of rising interest rates and change of government. I would have no hesitation in using Travis again or recommending him to others.
