We were recommended Travis by a friend after we had been given the run around by our local agent who promised everything then under delivered. Travis was not from our area but we wanted someone who we could trust to do the right thing by us, "the vendor", not just to get a quick sale and money in their pocket. At our first meeting Travis had all the background of our area and gave us realistic expectations. We were never left waiting for information with contact consistent throughout the campaign. Travis got us a great price and i know he worked bloody hard to get it. I was a believer that good service was a thing of the past but Travis has reinstated my faith that good, honest real estate agents are out there, and now that I've found mine i shall look no further. Well I have now sold a few properties and used various agents over the years and to date I had not been particularly happy with them. Travis and the team changed that 100%. From day one he made the effort to travel towards the city to see me at work to help make things easier and that set the tone with dealing with Travis moving forward. Every aspect of the sale process was handled with care and professionalism. We were updated every step of the way as to the number of potential buyers going through the property, discussions being had, feedback on the property and thoughts on how the process was travelling. Communication methods were adjusted as needed to fit in with my crazy schedule to ensure I was kept up to date at all times. Travis presents very professionally and his knowledge and experience in the market was clearly evident. Feedback from my entire family (parents included) was that Travis presents professionally, is extremely easy to communicate with, had a great smile and at all times gave you that feeling that he is 100% honest, genuine and has your back.
