Vin was polite and knowledgable about selling...

Vin was polite and knowledgable about selling my property. He was middle of the road in valuing the property and also with his commission. He made suggestions re marketing strategies and also was good at negotiating the settlement. He was also unflappable when an issue occurred that was out of my control and helped resolve the issue.

We had a very positive experience purchasing...

We had a very positive experience purchasing our land through the hockingstuart team. Throughout the process, they were professional, patient and very understanding of our circumstances. We especially appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us with extensions while we were finalising our finances. This took a lot of pressure off us and gave us the time we needed to work through everything properly. Communication was clear and consistent, and the team was always approachable and helpful whenever we had questions. We are very grateful for the support we received and would happily recommend hockingstuart to anyone looking to purchase property or land.
