Samantha and the team were very helpful during the transition of my old tenants to my new tenants. Dispiet being concerned about potentially missing the consistent income of the investment property however the transition and handover were so seamless that I felt supported and lacked nothing. Samantha and the team were very informative and helpful during the process for which I am so grateful and have always been very understanding, communicating promptly. All matters are dealt with with care and efficiency and I know my property is in good hands.
