Rikki Sumiga sold my mums place and he did an excellent job! As I was organising and acting on behalf of my mum for the sale, Rikki kept both my mum and I informed from the start of sale to finish and it didn’t even take 2 weeks to sell. Regular updates were provided via text, call and email which I very much appreciated. Provides realistic expectations and was honest and upfront about everything! Rikki stayed in constant contact with me during the whole transaction. We initially appointed another agent who failed to obtain any offers. During this exclusive period Rikki stayed in touch and offered suggestions. Once the exclusive period expired with the other agent we appointed Rikki. Within one week of listing with Rikki we had an offer that was in our price range. He also cleaned the house before inspections (previous agent had left behind all their paraphernalia and other foot traffic rubbish). 20/20 hindsight I should have appointed Rikki from the start.
