From the moment Sam and Eric walked into our house, it just felt right to agree to let them sell our house. From the get go they supported us in the clean up, styling and helped us get our place ready to sell. The opens were easy, the feedback after each weekend was wonderful. We felt like Brooke, Eric and Sam were always in our corner, always fighting for us and always supporting us. We had a rollercoaster of a ride, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way because we have an amazing outcome and it’s all thanks to the three of these guys and all of their hard work!! It’s going to be weird not being on the phone to them every few days!

Unfortunately I’m unable to comment on Samantha as I haven’t dealt with her throughout the whole buying process. But I have nothing but praise for Eric Bartz he made us feel so comfortable and updated with everything! Being our first home it was one the most important things we could do and Eric made us comfortable and supported with the whole process. Rikki sumiga was a delight to deal with! Also George yacoubian with his prompt delivery of all documents and Jacqueline Preston for the constant updates and making sure all documents were received.
