Samantha was incredible to work with during the sale of our house. From the first meeting to attending building and pest inspections, Samantha went above and beyond. Samantha has a great eye for detail and gave some great recommendations to get our house looking the best for sale. I recently bought my first home through Hockingstuart, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The house I purchased ticked all of my boxes and exceeded my expectations, coming with more of my wish-list features than I could have hoped for! I am ecstatic with the result of my sale. I was wanting a quick sale. I felt confident straight away with Brooke and George. They pointed out things that I should get started on fixing. And I was impressed by their sale records. Brooke has a great bubbly outgoing personality. Communication was great, Brooke organised inspections even while I was away and all appointments went perfectly to the provided timeline. My unit was on the market for approx 2 weeks and I was really happy with the price. I couldn't be happier with the result and would HIGHLY recommend Brooke and the team at Hocking and Stuart. There was very clear details and written outlines from Brooke, and the team every step of the way. I felt like Brooke and George were really genuine and they exceeded my expectations.
