The Best, Most Honest & Trustworthy Real Estate Agents in Brisbane

I have sold two houses with Henry Hodge & Kosta Porfyriou and I will continue to use them in the future because they are such a great team. They are honest guys who are prepared to do the hard yards in order to get the absolute best price possible for a property. When they took on the sale of my property I appreciated their honesty in terms of expected price and sale time frame and they were true to their word the whole way through. No surprises or disappointments! I appreciated their strategy which was ethical, detailed and realistic, and in the uncertain circumstances of selling during the covid-19 pandemic it was also reassuring that they provided me with alternative strategies so we could adjust and pivot to meet market behaviour. All in all I felt very relaxed about the sale as I knew I could trust Henry and Kosta and that they would get the price I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations when the sale was delayed due to covid restrictions and whilst they could have encouraged me to take a lower price to make a quick sale they pushed on for an extra month to make sure I got the price I wanted. I was really impressed with this as the difference to me was huge but resulted in an extra month of hard work for them but they insisted they were happy to do this for me and they were committed to getting the price I wanted. I know other agents who would not have been so generous with their time or as invested in my happiness as these two fantastic blokes. I can’t recommend Henry and Kosta highly enough, they are at the top of their game, know the market inside out, are highly savvy in terms of all real estate tech and marketing strategy, have a work ethic second to none, care about the outcome beyond their own interest and showed a genuine interest in what made me feel comfortable and happy. They are just two lovely, authentic, professional guys backed by small but highly effective team and made this the best house sale experience ever!
